Work on hardware that has to survive the field
We are a small engineering team on the Belgian coast. We route our own boards, write our own firmware, run our own platform and answer our own support calls. If that combination appeals to you, we would like to hear from you.
DPTechnics is deliberately small. Less process, more responsibility. The person who designs a board is usually the person who brings it up, takes it to the EMC chamber and sees it go into production.
What we offer
- An open work environment in our main office on the Belgian coast
- A competitive salary
- A fast, fully electric company car that you charge for free
- Real hardware, real customers and a product you can point at
Open roles
- 01
Front-end developer, React
You live in the front end and customer experience matters to you. We build IoT devices, and those devices need interfaces worth using. Your job is to turn our device and cloud APIs into efficient, genuinely usable web and mobile applications. We work with React and Flutter, so experience with either is a plus.
- 02
Embedded C developer
You do not take lunch at 12:00, you take it at 10010110000. Bring your knowledge of bits and bytes to IoT devices across a range of sectors. Sometimes we add connectivity to an existing device, sometimes we start a new generation from scratch. We work with the OpenWrt toolchain and write C for other targets too.
- 03
Front-end internship
Are you the interface person who is always after another JavaScript trick? We will give you a warm welcome in a small team and try to teach you something new every week.
- 04
C and C++ internship
We work a lot with microcontrollers such as the STM32F and nRF52 families. If you want to get your hands dirty and teach those chips a few new tricks, we offer a complete hardware workspace and proper guidance.
How to apply
Send us your CV, or just ask to come and visit. A conversation at the bench tells both of us more than a cover letter.
